not sure if this thread should go here or somewhere else... After all the horror stories i read on here about lexus dealer service, i figured I would post something positive for once I also am coming from years of nissan service... so i'm sure ANYTHING is better, lol

But just wanted to give a thumbs up to Lexus of Carlsbad. Brought my car in for my first 5k oil change and they treated me really well. Received a loaner car with no probs, no marks on the car inside or out as far as I can tell and they washed it (no swirlies either! - which i was worried about).

yea i got mine there. through gary cool guy and they take car of me and my car well. i love there customer lounge. haha
