I've been wanting to go to one of these for a while now. I'm still a noob so how do i sign up for one of these days?
Do they show how to do this stuff on our cars or just some demo cars the have in there? Just wanna know if i should bring my car that i want to stay clean or just bring my beater since its gonna be sitting in the parking lot.

I'm interested in this too, can make any of those dates too. Is there someone from Meguiar's that we would contact to sign up? From last year's site, it looks like it was free to Meguiar's Online members (membership fees?) and $30 for non-Meguiar's members.

to answer some of the questions:
a meguiar's employee gives you an overview of their current and upcoming products during an hour long 'class' session. you can ask all your questions about detailing, how to get your paint to look its best, etc.
afterward, you pick out a 'guinea pig' vehicle. usually it's a darker colored car in the worst possible condition. this car gets pulled into the garage and you are shown how to remove surface paint defects BOTH by hand and using a dual action polisher. pretty much everyone who wants to gets to take a turn with claybar, scratch remover, and the polisher.
following this session usually a pizza lunch is served, during and after which the rest of the donor car gets polished up and whatnot. mike from meguiars is really receptive to answering any detailing questions you may have.
great experience. PLUS you get FREE SCHWAG and discounted pricing on meguiars products that you purchase that day.
