I got an LS460 from Longo...but so much neg info on the service dept. How is Mission Viejo? I live closer to Newport but they are $$$$. thanks

Got my sc400 from there and love the people to death. This guy by the name of Al Parker was a very nice fellow who took care of me quite well. I would go there for maintenance if I werent so far from Mission Viejo

I want to get my Brake TSB done but I want to pick a dealership that takes care of your car most. I dont want any scratches, dirty interior, curb rash on the wheels, etc.

I've been to MV Lexus for service twice and I'll never go back. The first time, they curbed one of my wheels and failed to fix the problem I brought the car in for. The second time, they fixed it, but I had to argue with the service writer about being charged for labor on their screw up. My car is older and was 8 years old when all of this went down. Maybe they take care of newer cars a little better, but I'll never find out. My experience was very bad.

I assume this was years ago?? If so maybe they have got their act together. Management changes often, expecially if years ago they had many issues. Today could be a different story.

Anyone else have experiences with Mission Viejo Lexus?

I live in Brea. I dont want to go to Tustin cuz I had 3 bad experiences with their sales department.

So its either Lexus of Mission Viejo or Lexus of Westminster.

Ive taken two of my cars to MV Lexus and they have taken care of me all around. I liked the service and felt like they were pretty straight up. I have had to bring a car back for work that was promised to be fixed but not, but it was due to the part going bad.

If your modified, check with them about it though.

They were excellent for me. They forgot to screw something on the engine a little while ago and it started having problems. I then took it in for a diagnostic and service and they didn't make me pay anything. It was pretty good =)

Both my 96 ES300 and 2006 RX330 are from there. Good service so far haha

My dad got his LS430 from MV and we were always very pleased with their service. Haven't been there it atleast a couple years, but never had a problem when we took the car in.

On a different thread here on CL there has been some mention of how bad the sevice dept is at Mission Viejo Lexus. Is it really true?? It's where I bought my car, and where I'm hoping to take it for the brake TSIB and 5k service.
