So I have my Magnaflow 14829 mufflers sitting around waiting to be installed. Now looking for a good reputable muffler shop around the OC area, I'm in Irvine.

Went to a couple places that I know of, one place wanted $250.
Another wanted around $180 which is not too bad, but I am not sure about the quality of the work.

Hoping to spend under $200 for the mufflers installed plus custom 2.5 piping to the cat. Any recommendations are much appreciated! Thanks!

There's a muffler shop in Westminster, try them out. I used to do a lot of my muffler work there when I had my Celica also they cut my resonators on my SC before I got the JIC exhaust.

i go to anthony's muffler shop in whittier. They are well known in the s2k community, and do EXCELLENT work. Not sure on their price though.

note: avoid valley muffler, in west covina. the guy that used to weld everyone's stuff (louie) is gone and the owner gave me 1 price over the phone then when i got there gave me one approx. 3.5 times as much.


I strongly reccommend Central Exhaust and Muffler System in Chino.

being that you live in Irvine, all the above mentioned places are a bit far.

These guys are a bit closer, and they've done pretty meticulous work to my car before.
