Hi, all! Just got my Lexus RX350 at the end of June so I haven't needed a service yet. I know that the 5k service is free, so I can take it to any dealership, but after that they are not. My question is, if I take it to Dynamic, will all of the services still be recorded in the car's computer? I know that if you take it to a Lexus dealer for service, all of the services are recorded in the computer and you can look them up on the NAV screen, and all of the dealers' databases are linked so you can also see what services are done no matter which Lexus dealership you go to. Is Dynamic setup for this as well?

had to bring this thread back about Dynamic. Was there yesterday for install on a little something. Son and Joel were great, very informative and helpful-all around great guys. Got some quotes on additonal things i may need later, and his prices are still great! highly recommended and

just had my 125k service done at Dynamic today...I have nothing but good things to say about Sonny and his shop...no complaints whatsoever!!!
Called Sonny for a quote, told him I needed my fluids changed, and drive belt done...he was very upfront about his prices and even offered me a student discount...to top it off, since I had to wait on my car at the shop, he even bought me lunch...Overall, I was very impressed with their customer service and came away a satisfied customer.

went to dynamic for an oil change a few weeks back (some time after the new year). even though they were working on mounting tires on a modded LS, they took a break from the LS to do an oil change on my car, even though i brought the filter and oil. got me back on the road in no time.
i recommend sonny and joel for their work, without hesitation.

Had some work done recently, great service, sonny and joel are good people. While they were working on my sc, I decided to take some pictures.
It was actually smaller than I had imagined with all these good experiences, I thought it was a huge operation going haha
Their rim showroom/office/waitingroom/sofa time
Random picture while they were working on my car, they were cool with me being in the back but I made sure I didn't get in the way

Son is there by himself now, so he may have been out on a test drive or something when you called. If you know any good technicians looking for a gig, he could probably use the help.
