The show will span the middle of the day. You'll have plenty of time to drive back to SoCal that night and rest up for Monday's work.
Plus, think about all the great stories you can tell your coworkers about your wild weekend in Vegas. We'll just leave out the part about you putting your title on the line for some high stakes craps.

There are no specific age requirements for the meet, however we expect everyone that is attending to show respect and be mature. This is a Lexus meet, not Civics Gone Wild (no offense to Civic owners)! There will be a zero tolerance policy if anyone breaks the show code of conduct guidelines.
On the same note, there is plenty to do in Las Vegas for people under 21 one as well. The first time I went to Vegas I was 19 and had a great time. I didn't gamble, but I enjoyed the city quite a bit and made and most of it.
Caravan details will be posted as we get closer to the event. Stay tuned!

just booked our room. i would recommend booking your stuff now/soon, since a lot of hotels on the strip are either sold out or a bit pricier than normal (over $200+ for the places we normally stay). so we decided to book a place downtown to save some money AND be within walking distance of good hawaiian food! food meet at the cal anyone? heehee...

The Westin in Las Vegas
FYI ...
One of my favorite non-strip hotels (one block away from Bellagio & Flamingo) is the Westin Casuarina. It doesn't have a huge casino, but it has great parking, a Starbucks in the lobby and the Heavenly Bed. If you haven't stayed at a Westin before, you should. On Expedia they are running a special right now that averages around $150/night with tax when you check in that Friday (4/27) and check out Monday (4/30). It's not "The Strip", but being a block away and easy to park at, it is one of my favorite hotels in Las Vegas hands down.
Viva la Starwood! If you book at www.spg.com you can save $15-$20 or so for the same thing.
Oh, I forgot to mention one of the best parts!!! There is a gas station/mini-mart right off the hotel property. You can buy bottled water, cold beer, snacks, whatever you need at non-hotel prices. $8 for some Dasani in the room? No thanks!

Just talking to Cliff from AZ, and it would be more fun if we stayed at the same hotel. Everyone is more than welecome to book where ever you want. I'm just throwing it out there, if you haven't booked already and don't mind the price, there will be a few of us are staying here.
