94th Aero Squadron has a pretty good champaign brunch. If you get there before 10am it's under $20 (after 10 it's about $21).
Check out the San Diego Sunday Brunch site; it's a decent resource.

My sister sent me the link for the "Mr Breakfast" site some time ago, have found some good places off their lists in various cities

Any El Torito or Aculpuco restaurant has excellent weekend brunches... Buffet style at about $15 per person. Even champagne included! Great food, nice atmosphere... omletes made to order. Cant go wrong.

They have a nice selection of foods that rivals some of the more expensive venues. The biggest difference between 94th and some of the high end brunches is the fact that they're not located on the waterfront. Believe me, you'll still find more than enough to over eat.
All of these are great champagne brunches.
1. Loews Coronado ($38pp)
2. Hotel Del Coronado ($60pp)
3. Humphrey's ($38pp) Need to call and make reservations for this one. They have live jazz on Sunday's and it usually sells out early.
4. 94th Aero Squadron ($21pp)

94th Aero Squadron has a nice champaign brunch. As I recall, it's $20-$25/person. But it's on Sunday's only.
Oh yeah...Happy Birthday.
DOH! I guess I should have read the entire thread before posting.
