Service experience at Lexus of Glendale

OK, a few are aware that I have had some bumps in the past with Lexus of Glendale, however I needed some service for the GX and sent their Service Director Shawn Wells an email and received a timely response. Set up the appointment and dropped it off last week before the SC430 event up north.
They were servicing the infamous drivetrain clunk that plagues this model as well as a slight leak I noticed from an underbody inspection.
All I can say is that everything went flawless and I received more than I had thought. All repairs were made on time (in fact much much sooner than I had expected) and I had a nice ES350 rental for the day (which also was flawless).
Both Shawn Wells and Raymond Kim were professional and accomodating to my needs and went above and beyond their expected duties to take care of me.
As a result I will be sending off a nice letter to Lexus (not too many people write letters for the good things) and wanted to post my experience here for others to read.
Thanks again Shawn for taking care of the GX and you will be seeing me again for my service needs.

I've also had some road bumps over @ Lexus of Glendale. Second to the last time I was there Raymond also helped me out. He was helpful and very accomodating. Another guy over there, Jospeh Kim is cool too. Every time I service my car I deal only with those guys.

After a number of very unpleasant experiences at Lexus of Glendale, I started going to Media City Motors in Burbank. Here's the info:
Media City Motors
329 N Victory Blvd
Burbank, CA 91502
(818) 842-5757
Ask for either John or Jim. They know their stuff.
Thanks,
Affine
