well of the 2 recommendations i was able to talk to Kevin...I told him about my DVD hack and that my player was jammed. He seemed "ok" with the situation and I told him there's not other mods to my GS's navi/ML system. He told me the normal procedure how they normally replace the players and asked me to bring it in.

i'll update you guys on what will actually happen after I bring my car in this afternoon. let's hope there's no unwanted surprised...

I got my last oil change there...the service advisors ignored me for a good 20 min since I look really young for my age I'm assuming (same thing happened when I bought the car, different dealership though). I also called today to inquire about a TSIB getting done on my car, and the guy on the phone gave me an attitude. So I'm not too sure about this dealership, the only thing they have going for them is that they are really close to me...I think i'll be going elsewhere in the future however.

well....it's pretty bad for me...don't get me started telling the story of when i bought my car...I look very young for some reason, which is a pretty big disadvantage.

I don't know...crown lexus isn't THAT bad at the moment, I guess I'm just more aggravated by them for the time being.

so far it's fine...i did call Hugo yesterday to follow up on something and no return call yet...might try again today...

but when i was there, there treated me fine...like the dealers back at JM lexus in south fl

yeah...i noticed that too about the loaners that were being returned...but my service i don't need a loaner...plus i dont like to leave my cars at dealers unless it is a absolute must...if i leave it there i would have to start taking the mods off so they dont damage them by accident..like wheels and kit...

bought my car in after they called me back telling me the DVD player was in...took 2 days for them to get it so i thought that was pretty fast...schedule to bring in the car and talked to Kevin...he took care of everything...quiet guy which I didn't mind...not into **** chat much...took a lil longer than what I was told but it's cool as long as the job was done well...

overall the experience was good...they knew i mod the navi/ML system up front and were cool with it, a great bonus for a dealer. the only thing i was NOT pleased about was them not marking down on the service request that i did NOT want a car wash...i dont like ppl who are not detailers washing my car due to potential swirl marks from the wash...

I inspected the car after they washed it and fortunately did not find any marks or scratches...

All in all I thought Crown Lexus was a good experience..

i like crown lexus alot, kevin hayes really takes good care of me and my car when i need something done.
