Default Any experience with Lexus of Newport Beach?

Im just wondering if anybody has any negative or positive experiences with Lexus of Newport? The reason for my asking is that im about to purchase a car there and I want to be aware of how they work with the customer.

my father purchased an ES350 there and has been in arguments with them ever since. The service sucks and they have scratched his car several times and will do nothing about it.

It took them forever for them to issue the rfund of $500 from the Taste of Lexus event and he had to call corporate to get anything done.

I purchasedd my IS250 at Lexus of Westminster.....much much better and their service is always top notch...

One good thing though Newport Lexus dealership facility is the best I've ever seen.

I got my IS250 from Newport Lexus a couple of days ago. The salesperson treated me very well.

I'm from San Diego. Purchased my IS 250 bout 1 1/2months ago. I practically handled the whole negotiation through emails and phone. Internet sales team TONY and GIL were considerate when I came by to finalize stuff. Just be sure to do your research, any dealer will try their best to get more money, afterall they are a business. Oh, I handle all my service or concerns with a local Lexus down here in SD.

My wife and I have purchased 2 cars from Newport Lexus and we've had good experiences thus far. The negotiation was smooth (got about $5-$6k off MSRP for each car). Regarding service, I've only had the 1st free maintenance and it's likely I'll take the cars for oil changes elsewhere. Love the lounge area and the car wash has been spotless thus far.

It's funny how people have different experiences with dealerships for example, we went to Westminster Lexus and not even one salesperson came out to the lot to ask us how we were doing. After 20 minutes, we left and headed over to Newport Lexus.

Is there a reason why you won't get the oil changes at Newport Lexus? I have yet to do my first maintenance.

Another CL member told me it was $79 for an oil change (they price matched Westminster Lexus). I don't think I would want to pay that much, but then again you get the nice lounge, service, car wash, etc with it.

I know first oil change/service for the is250 @ 5,000 miles is complementary at any LEXUS dealer. It is listed in the manual or warranty booklet that comes with the car.
