IF I go to Longo for service, which Service Manager should I ask for?

Last I went I had a lady by the name of Rachel Frost. She was efficient and when I reiterated that I didn't want a car wash, she took the work form,wrote in big black letters "NO WASH!!!" and made sure the "No Wash" cone was on the roof. Of course I was only there for the 5k service so I don't know how good she is when it comes to work that actually needs money to change hands. She's also pretty hot 
The first time I went (to get Sirius installed) I had a guy named Niva Salazar. He was pretty good too. I was missing a few items from my car and he reimbursed me within 2 weeks or so.
