True that is. Of all the women I know that have gotten them done, maybe half of them were always set on getting it done (they were ALWAYS unhappy and knew from a young age that they were going to get it someday). The other half were seemingly on the fence about getting it done, and after years of debating, finally got 'em. The women in the first group seem happier with their decision than the latter.

This topic fascinates me to some extent. There are two really strong poles in terms of opinion: those that are adamantly "natural is better" and those that are totally ok with it. I find that in many cases, even guys that say natural is better tend to look (stare) at a pair of nice fake ***** as they walk by.

I was watching TLC or MTV or something when there were showing the operation. OMFG it was sooooo disgusting. They shove some crap up their ***** and squeeze the oem fat out of the body. So, the breast became a flap of wrinkled skin. Then, they ripped up the hole and shove that silicon cube in there, move it around and tried to align it. Finally they sew it up.

The chix looked hella hot w/ the upgraded Cs tho haha.

Yes, expensive, but look at the before and afters - especially the "repairs" of other doctor's work. Remember, you really get what you pay for. A frightening number of those before pictures were "reasonably priced" augmentations. Definitely something to consider before reshaping yourself.

I've also known more than one woman who was unhappy post-surgery because the results were uneven or the implants weren't well positioned, or they just plain looked horrible. Getting the right doc the first time can't be overstated, and I would HIGHLY suggest looking at the doc's before and after shot of a number of patients before selecting one.

FWIW my family has the opposite problem - more than a generous helping of adipose tissue. My little sister went from an F to a B because her back pain was so severe she couldn't even stand up without pain. She's a MUCH happier person today.

Yes, the before and after pictures are really "interesting" to look at. I told her to pony up the money for a better doctor. And you're absolutely right, you do get what you pay for and in this case, it's better to pay once and get the job done right.

a lot of girls I've known and felt go too big, looks and feels fake. A lot of girls have the mentality of "it's the same price so I mind as well go BIG".

the key is to make them look natural but big enough to fill out a bra without having to pad up.

how about going to those cafe's and look around...if one shows nice ones, ask her where she get it at.
