Wow, we've gotten a lot of reponses here. I'd like to encourage everyone who plans on attending on signing up to the list as soon as you know you'll be able to come. We need a rough head count so we can buy the appropriate amount of food. Also, thanks to those who have paid already. If at all possible, PLEASE pay via PayPal in advance. Thanks again and keep the questions and comments coming - this is shaping up to be quite a meet!!

We don't have a problem with people paying at the door but like Javy mentioned, if you guys can use paypal, it would help us enormously when purchasing food. We sincerely hope you guys understand our situation.
