Default IS Maintenance, Wash/Detailing in SGV/626

Hey ladies and gents,

I wanted get some advice from all of u on where u guys go for routine maintenance, and for ur washing and detailing, etc.

So I got my first maintenance free, and for the second one, took my IS250 to the Toyota dealership to do all the routine maintenance stuff. But the guy said he didn't touch my tires because they are diff sizes. I got the graphite G-Spiders that I think are a factory option (19s or 20s), but not sure. So:

1) Where should I go to get my tires checked/rotated?
If I need to buy new ones, where should I go?

2) Where do u guys get ur routine maintenance done? I'd rather get it done by a pro, than by myself because I want to keep her in tip top shape.

3) Where's a good place (careful, honest work at a good price) to get my car washed and detailed? If it makes a difference, I'd like my interior leather to stay looking healthy, but I don't want that glossy, greasy look.

Thanks very very much in advance, everyone on CL has always been really helpful. Good day to everyone!

1) The new IS250 has a staggered setup that means the front and rear tires have different sizes and are directional so you CANNOT ROTATE THEM.

2) I do my own routine maintenance in my garage. If you cant do it this way just take it to the Lexus dealer. Just tell them you want JUST OIL CHANGES so they dont add on extra uncessary "visual checks" that you dont need. When you get to 20k miles just tell them to replace your cabin and engine airfilter and you are good to go. You have a new car so bascially all you need is just oil changes.

3) Sorry cant help you out here. No body touches my car.

For wash and detail, give Fernando a call at 626-417-8944
He had worked in Rusnak Pasadena for over 10 years, specialize in auto-detailing and had recently quit and started his own detailing services. A couple memebrs in CL and the BMW forums around the 626 area have acquired his service! (including Pocky and me!)

He's mobile, don't have a B&M shop yet, but his company is called the west coast detailing service.

Car wash - there is a place across the street from San Gabriel Valley Hospital.
in San Gabriel, Las Tunas and Santa Anita.

I think it's called "Color Detailing". I see high end cars there all the time.
