How do you know that they always get away with it? Are you watching these ppl everyday? How do you know that they didn't get a ticket the day before or 1 week before? You're just upset that you got caught. It's the price we pay for modifying cars; it comes with the territory. As much as I hate the CHP and city cops like you do, you have to understand that they're doing their job. Some cops are just more lenient than others. What can we do? I do agree with you that they do freaking suck.

JamesN, i would pay the ticket rather than swap every thing back to stock to appear at the ref. Hopefully, your fine won't be outrageous.

what i don't get is people knowingly put illegal mods on their vehicle, then blame the police when they get caught.
