Got a Ref Ticket Today
I got pulled over and have my hood popped 
. The damn young CHP is giving me a ticket for tail lights mods and intake. He tell me that I need to see a ref for this. My question is do I really need to see a ref or I can just pay it off the fine when the ticket arrived in the mail?? Thank you for any advice

you can just pay the fine... be prepared to fess up some cash...
sorry to hear that though james =( i still need tot ake care of my ref ticket/muffler ticket... mine isnt as bad as yours though, price also depends if he wrote emissions modification... which im sure he prolly did
my front license plate and modified muffler ticket without fix is 300... so yea,

oh damn cops are crackin down on .. people these days :[
now i gotta get a front license plate..... (never received one when i got the car) AHHH
exhaust is freakishly loud.. (even though i wanna go LOUDER)
tint is too dark... (even though i wanna go DARKER)
damn i hate cali.. but i do love the weather ;]

Just to let you guys know avoid the west covina area. My wife got pulled over there with my LS. My friend (antn) got pulled over there also for exhaust. And now me for this.
Anyways, I would rather pay up the fine then take my car in because if other stuff on the engine. You guys know what I'm talking about.

Yes f u c k i n g CAli CHP and COPS suck ***.. I got two tickets in 1 and half month. Both for no front license plates and tinted windows. The first one i got while i was cruising with some other CL members up in Angeles crest. The second one i got one week ago at LAX.

I dont have a SUV like you do.. I could of driven my Eclass to the LAX but wouldnt make any difference. I dont have a license plate on that car either.
Cali CHP and COPS suck *** period. I see so many cars on the road with hanging bumpers, broken tail lights and expired registration and those loosers always get away with it.

Last time I had to drop off my siblings at the airport with the Cayenne, I was stopped for about 3 minutes (unload baggage). A cop walked by checking the car out and walked infront of the car. I saw him look at the license plate (which was not there). My siblings told me to go and I boned the f839k out. haha.
