HT everyone.
My menu consists of a nice Moet e Chandon Brut Rose NV, followed by Bryant Pinot Noir '99, being a little playful by following with a St. Clair Mimbres Red from New Mexico, and ending the night with a decadent '85 Richbourge, and a nice snifter of Hennesey XO as a digestive.
YUMMY!!!

Sweet & hot Italian sausage stuffing with a Japanese styled white bread (slightly sweeter than regular domestic white bread.)
Potato au grautin in a heavy cream sauce. Recipe based from one of Charlie Palmer's.
Vegtable dish of potatoes, carrots, onions, parsnips, yam, celery, mushroom and rutabaga with a lemon olive oil.

Imported light roast coffee from Kagoshima-Japan
Sweeter things:
Pumpkin creme' brulee
Cranberry-orange bread
Pumpkin muffins
Godiva truffles
We, mostly her put in 3 days kitchen prep and it was gone in 30 minutes.
