got mine from MobileHID, so far...they're good. had to do the install myself. it was pretty easy, straight plug and play. I just dont know how hard it would be to install on a IS tho.

Are you looking for "X" brand PNP HID kit retailers, or any 'ol eBay kit that is as cheap as possible.
Do you care about lighting output, or simply lighting appearance.
Big difference between the two, yet imho, they go hand in hand.
Most PNP HID kits can be installed without tools, just as long as you can plug one plug into another, you can do it yourself.
