Default TWS: life after Sander...

The Wheel Supply in Walnut, CA (aka TWS).

As well all know, locals and the rest alike, TWS was Sander's baby. For those not in the know, Sander was the owner of TWS. After he decided to pass the reign to someone else, many thought that things would change and that it would never be the same.

I'm glad to say that it's quite the opposite actually and that things couldn't be better. The two familiar faces, Albert (now owner) and Mike (I'll call him the head tech), and new ones (they shall rename nameless as I don't know their names...yet), actually make it feel like home, the way TWS used to be.

Service is impeccable, fast and as always priced right. And it's quality, again, as always. So I guess it's business as usual. No hiccups.

As a long time customer (est. 2002), and with 7 cars done there (94 E320, 99 E320, 00 E320, 00 E55, 99 C280, 01 C240, '05 S4, and 06 GS300) from full body kit painted and installed, to spring installs, I can safely say without the shadow of a doubt, that TWS will remain my car home for many years to come.

And no, (sadly) I do not get paid for this stellar review. I'm only speaking from the heart.

To the gents at TWS, good job and keep it up! Feel free to share your positive experience with the shop. And if you're looking to get anything done to your car, I strongly suggest you go to them first!

Yeah, both Sander and Albert and the guys are good friends of mine, they took very good care of my cars. I am sad Sander had to leave TWS, but things are still the same down at TWS, and Albert and the crew (Mike, Simon, and Alex) are working hard to provide top notch services to the enthusiasts.

well IMHO...sander provides one of the worst customer service but with a straight forward deal...TWS is one of the most reputable shops in Socal..and will remain that way..especially with an Indonesian leading the company....

The shop is pretty busy, it's hard to return the phone calls. Walking in is much easier!

I guess I'm the only one that that's not completely satisfied. I got my fenders rolled there and they cracked my paint on 2 of the fenders.

when was that? they rolled your fenders? that's a first, i thought they recommend cutting most of the time (and i saw then cut a few fenders)
