e/side 626 convoy to president's day wknd meet
so now that we have garnered enough interest in a 626 convoy meet, how about a location?
depending where, travel time would take about 45 minutes, so for now let's set the departure time @ 12:15.
suggested locations (from easternmost to westernmost):
- bevmo
- diamond bar HS
- shopping center off brea canyon & 60
- shopping center off fairway & 60
- diamond plaza
- puente hills mall
i suggest avoiding the fullerton on-/off-ramps (read: diamond plaza).

I vote Diamond Bar High School. It's on the way from the 626 area and Chino Hills so no one has to travel backwards. It's right off the freeway too and lowered car friendly.

bevmo would be backtracking for those of us coming from hacienda/rowland heights.
DB HS would be a good spot, right next to the 57 and 60, except we might look a little too suspect. (modded cars, young adults... you get the idea.)
and i meant the shopping center off fairway (not fairview - i'll change that later), but anything west of the brea canyon exit on the 60, and the chino/chino hills guys will be backtracking.

diamond plaza/puente mall might be bad due to wknd traffic and our convoy might get broken up trying to get on the fwy. bevmo, up to you guys. i'm up for DB hs. either way, whatevers clever for me. just my 2 cents guys. i'm good for whatever

i'd agree, but, i guess it also depends on which route we take. i didnt go to last year's; what was that route? are we routing 57s to 91w exit beach? or other?
