woot, ,now i can definitely make this one =p unless I get stuck in traffic coming back from shopping/sightseeing in downtown LA. btw how is traffic over there? what's the best and least congested highway towards downtown LA and holloywood?

 

On a Sunday, not bad at all.

Where are you planning to go in Downtown? In all honesty, there is nothing there shopping-wise. There are some great eats in Little Tokyo and Chinatown, and some great shopping in seedy areas such as Santee Alley (if you know nothing about Santee Alley, it's best to have a guide... ).

Go to Beverly Hills or Santa Monica instead...

 

for shopping, you can just head south on the 405 to south coast plaza.
