Just like I said, Be thankful that you live in Orange County, since we're blessed with cheaper gas prices than L.A County and Riverside County.

Same old story. Every spring break gas goes up, then it will go down some and right before summer, back up. Oh well, oil demand equal job security.

People in Europe laugh at us for complaining about $3.50 when they pay 6-7 US dollars per gallon

Its not gas prices its your dollars buying power.
We're in a recession brought on by printing money out of thin air.

I filled up at a Shell in Alhambra last week at about $3.59 for 91. Noticed gas has been going up pretty fast the last few weeks.

Must be because crude oil is over $100 for future delivery.
Here is a link if you want to keep track of the price of crude oil per barrel. When you see the fluctuation in prices, checkout your local gas station to see if it fluctuates as well. Also look at gold almost near $1000 per troy oz. due to the weak dollar.
http://money.cnn.com/data/commodities/

Just know that gas stations usually adjust their price to future delivery and not current delivery to compensate for the future costs. So today we pay tomorrow's prices.

I just don't look, I just pay and leave. Then cringe later at the total. @_@

The euro is worth more than the dollar, so of course to them that's cheap. It is like saying, we laugh at people in Asia for complaining about paying auto insurance of an avarage cost of $250 USD a year, when a lot of people in the US pay that a month. Next time compare apples to apples
