in case nobody figured it out, the civic is on a dyno getting looked at, not on a flatbed..

roll up and ask if u can get some pulls on the dyno with an A/F reading hehe

I had seen a couple of these last year. Had some old cars and modded Camaros and such pulled over... this was in LA area. I made sure to warn a few buddies of mine. Havent seen recently though. good to know they are voluntary. Not that I have anything to worry about...
