ANNOUNCEMENT: Cars and Coffee

Ford, Mazda, and a group of dedicated enthusiasts are hosting Cars and Coffee as an all-volunteer effort. No one is being paid to do it. We need your help to continue this.
Everyone's courtesy on the property has been great – being respectful of the cars, picking up trash. Thank you!
But, we are in jeopardy of cancelling Cars & Coffee due to safetyconcerns stemming from "exuberant" drivers and reckless spectators. We need everyone's help in order to preserve our Saturday morning welcome.

Arriving and departing, DRIVE LIKE GRANNY!
Observe speed limits, and …NO BURNOUTS
Spectators
No promoting burnouts, no sitting or standing in prohibited roadside locations. Your cooperation is vitally important!
We are under surveillance and ONE "BAD APPLE" WILL RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE.
IF WE CANNOT ASSURE COOPERATION AND SAFETY FOR EXHIBITORS AND SPECTATORS,
THAT WILL BE THE END OF CARS & COFFEE.

I just joined and haven't gone to any meets yet. I was 7 yrs in the Nissan clubs as a staff member, so I under your concerns. Worst case scenario was to take license plate numbers of all attendees and report those that break the rules. Stuff like this is very difficult to regulate and those that have that responsibility end up not enjoying the meets because they are too busy performing duties.
