Anything with a grade of a B or lower, the lower the grade the more authentic .

Chanh55 makes the best Pho in OC and LA county. This guy makes killer base soup and tasty noodles and meats.

Hahaha, Newcastle and Pho, my type of meal...

I re-vote for Pho 54, that place is bomb. Plus those 24 hr pho places in Ktown, they give u hugggggge portions.

Its funny how there is a dedicated pho thread in the Socal section. We're a bunch a fobs.

Yeah it's not that hard... just takes a lot of time. So I usually do it when I'm detailing the car or something that way I can multi-task and check on the pho while I'm doing something else.

Pho + New Castle.
Pho + Heineken.

How about that restaurant next to Inn-N-Out on Rosemead Blvd in City of Rosemead?
(Rosemead / Mission)

I know they don't have Pho but my Vietnamese friend told me that have good Bun Bu Hue (sp?) and small rice pancake (one order is like 12 small dishes).

Anyone can comment it?

That place has the 2nd best spring rolls. The best spring rolls would be in Bardra (spelling) in OC. I think its on Westminister and Magnolia behind 99 cent store.

If you're talking about Brodards it's on Westminster and Brookhurst.

Pho 79. It is usually too crowded so I almost always go to Pho 54.
