Alright so this is how the story goes. I brought my wheels in to be repolished and have 2 minor bends taken out. The guys name is Marco and at first he appears to be real cool. I got my wheels back like in 3 days which got me super happy. but heres where the story begins to flip.

when i got my wheels back, to my unfortunate luck, i found that the work wasnt as good as i wanted it to be. and not only that, since the tires were worn out on the inside, he charged me extra to flip and rotate the tires. it took me about another 2 weeks to be able to run the wheels upfront because of how aggressive the fitment was. now after i started rolling on them, my passenger front tire popped the bead and i was close to riding on wheel until i noticed something. needless to say, theres small nicks and what not on the lip. i waited for the aaa and the reseeded the bead at 50psi thinking that it might have just been a fluke.

now yesterday, going to JAYS BBQ, i popped the bead on the same tire and luckily i had milton and kenny help me out a great deal. thanks milton for lending me the spare! so at this point im getting really frustrated. im checking for all possibilities and finally i ask this Marco guy if he ever put silicone while mounting the wheels and to my SURPRISE he said he NEVER put silicone before mounting and my tires were OBVIOUSLY STRETCHED. while i was just probing to get some answers, his demeanor became completely negligent of taking any responsibility. i didnt even begin to ask if he can repolish the front lip since he messed up with mounting the tires. what a chump!! DONT EVER GO THERE, his work isnt that great and a irresponsible owner. PERFORMANCE WHEEL REPAIR IN WALNUT!! STAY AWAY

lol yeah, im going to throw on some fk452s.. if any tire company can sponsor me THATD BE COOL!!! lol yeah man **** like that happens sometimes.. ill find a picture of it when it first popped, friend took a picture lol.

i dont mind road noise but man those tires are loud, i find myself turning up the volume x3 times

I stopped by Marco's shop today and there are two sides to the story. I have dealt with Marco and Performance Wheel Repair and I have ZERO problem. Not only that I recommend people to his shop for wheel repair work. This guy work hard and produce high quality products. Give him a call or stop by his place and see it for yourself. There are times you will get what u pay for.

A lot of shops will not remount tires if they were worn as described in the original post. This guy probably did it to be a good guy and gets reamed for it on the internet.
