There are three in East LA, the one off the 710 and the one off the 5 and the one on soto&brooklyn... I go to either one when I am out visiting old faces in my old hood..... lol..

Peck/Ramona/Garvey? Try Chanos' if you like Al Pastor. There's on off Lower Azusa between Santa Anita and Peck.
If Northbound on Santa Anita:
Right on Lower Azusa
Look on the right side. It's on a corner with a street light. I think it's 1 light before Peck... though it may actually be the only light between those 2 streets.

fasho. i go to king taco in old town once in a while and that **** is pretty bomb. especially love their chimichangas, sopes, and nachos with lengua!!

Chanos??? The only Chanos Ive been to was the one on Newmark/Garfield and that was like 12yrs ago! LOL There are 2 Chanos that I know of, 1 on Las Tunas and the other on Lower Azusa, which one is better?
So I went to King Taco by the 710 and thank goodness they didnt downgrade their meat but the thing about that location is that along with your burrito you're going to get 2scoops of oil with it
Going to that location is a little far for me and since Im driving out there I rather hit up PIONEER Chicken on Soto St. OMG soo freaking good!!! Popeyes, Churchs, KFC doesnt even compare.

Pioneer CHICKEN! ROFL! I haven't heard that name since grade school (I'm 24).
Everyone says the best Chanos is in SG on Las Tunas. I haven't eaten at that one yet. We always get hooked up with the... ONIONS! They get onions (sometimes shallots, sp? lol) and char them slightly. I'd get onion nachos if I didn't have to go back to work afterward, LOL!
Oh my... I may have to start food threads in the SoCal forum =O

I went to the King Taco on Pico and Alvarado and it still tasted the same. Hopefully they won't be downgrading the meat... that would be sad.. i love their tacos and their hot sauce is the bombbbbb.
