Congrats to everyone that won at the show!
It was nice seeing everyone again at the show and meeting a few new faces. I didn't really get to meet or talk to anyone because I was too busy going back and forth between CL and Vertex where my car was. It wasn't as hot as it was supposed to be so that was a relief. Where are the pictures?!

Long but GREAT day for Norcal / SoCal / VEGAS participants
It was a long day for several of us driving back home to NorCal.
Myself, TAMR_GUS98 and miss_IS300 did not get home until almost 5 a.m. Given that I woke up for the show at 5am to set up our parking, registration, etc. that meant I DID NOT sleep for 24 hours and I still came in late to work on Monday and worked late.
So I've re-couperated enough to post just now. I have pics to upload later, but for now I'll post my thoughts.
First off it was great meeting some members for the first time (tOe, G2GS, 94'aristo, dilemma and many more)
Seeing old friends is always a pleasure: V8_Aristo, JoeZ, LexusGS3, flipside909, PinoyChris, gsAristo, DDQUACH, GGP4Me, Ay-nako, SanseiGS43. Timmy, oh boy too many to remember.
Thanks to the NorCal & VEGAS crew who supported this event and made the long trek: CthruIS350, TAMR_GUS98, miss_IS300, Ay-Nako, G2GS, VelvetBlue & icechick.
I did not know that I was going to be asked to be judge, so I would of wanted to spend more time with many that I did not get to talk to, especially newer people (or new to me).
It was great to have t0e "Paul" represent ClubLexus in the Time Attack. I don't know if there were any other cars entered in Both Time Attack and JDMTheory, so thumbs up to Paul.
I will say that for a first time event, it was difficult to manage the many meet logistics, especially because organizing a dual activity event with Time Attack, was new for JDMTheory. I know there was some good feedback, as well as input on things that need to be improved next time.
One item of note was the number of award categories. It was difficult to gauge the participation level from SoCal as we do for NorCal events. Being a judge, I soon found there were a lot of really nice cars deserving of an award, but no category for it. That will be an area I will provide my feedback. JDMTheory works hard to continously improve their meets, so if anyone has some constructive feedback, please PM me.
On the positive side, I was Impressed by the technical knowledge of the JDMTheory Judging Team. They play no politics or favoritism and are less impressed by the "HIN" style of modding, and focused more on the TRUE merits of each cars specific theme/style that the owner chose, whether it be VIP, sport-performance, luxury, show, daily driver, etc. Also in the interest of fairness, my judging assignments were for Infinity, Nissan, Toyota, Scion & Lexus, of which "MY CREW" I did not judge those particular cars.
Overall there were roughly 400 cars at the show. I saw a lot of HOT cars and the models weren't too bad either. ; )
Congrats to the Our Crew Show winners:
TAMR_GUS98 - 3rd BEST LUXURY
DDQUACH - 2nd BEST LUXURY
miss_IS300 - 2nd BEST VIP
RMMGS4 - 2nd BEST Tuner Car of Show
SanseiGS43 - 1st BEST VIP
I don't have the list of Lexus winners from Team Ar-Kan, but I'll look into it and post an update.
