Default Lexus of Glendale tacky badging

Saw this IS250 this morning in Arcadia, couldn't believe the badge I saw on it. I couldnt get close enough to tell whether the entire "Lexus" badge was replaced or just "of Glendale" was applied underneath it. Whatever was done, I think this may just be is the tackiest dealer badge job I have ever seen.

Sorry for the low-res in-motion iPhone pic.

Yeah, you get free car washes every week you go there if you leave that on. And they detail your car when it's your birthday but I don't trust their washing and detailing lol.

Many dealerships in the mid west and back east seem to do that. Their car washes are probably the automated ones too.

I know some subaru owners got mad when a local dealer changed their plate frames out when they went for servicing FTL

I would be mad if I had that on my car. Geez...I didn't even like the dealership license plate frame on my car. I took that off and replaced it ASAP.

I would never let my dealership wash my car. My local dealership uses the drive-thru wash...talk about swirls and fine scratches on my paint not mention all the water that doesn't get dried in my door/trunk areas.

If the dealer gave me a huge discount I'd rock it...for a year. Otherwise I'm not doing advertisements for them.

Yea, lol... missed that thread... glad I'm not the only one who thinks this is a very questionable practice.

I work up the block from Lexus of Glendale...I noticed that and almost slammed into the car ahead of me...fugly, Kills that original look of the car imo.
