The VETERAN EOS Long Distance Attendees already know this , but for everyone else planning to go, we encourage you to have us make arrangements for your lodging.

The "Other" reason for staying here is that LGWNorCal will be co-ordinating the TRADITIONAL Pre-Meet Dinner .

It will be held on Saturday evening and lasts until whenever. The Hotel location was chosen as the most convenient spot for us to co-ordinate the location of the dinner, car wash and other necessities while still allowing arrivals to come at various times with minimal travel hassle.

Who is planning on returning to L.A. on Monday or Tuesday?

I'm thinking of extending the weekend. Maybe go to Napa; maybe checking out Hearst Castle; something different instead of a straight shot down the 5.

Hearst Castle would be kool. The trip down Hwy 1 is great, but it takes A LOT longer to travel south. You'd wanna cut back over to 5 or 101 eventually.

You could also do Monterey, Carmel area. Beautiful upscale areas, the wharf, Aquarium, 17 mile drive, etc.

If I take Monday off I'd go down with you guys !

Going to Napa is another 2 hours north of San Jose. Long ride home.
