So I was getting gas at this very popular Shell station in Diamond Bar on the intersections of Brea Canyon and Golden Springs Road. Those who live near there know that this is the cheapest gas station within 15 miles and it's a huge grid lock trying to get gas in there, literally a 10 min wait in line or more. It's always packed, even at midnight there's a wait. So I'm finally gassing up, this girl is behind me and a few other cars behind her, the entrance is blocked so whatever, it's grid locked. This Garda Logistics armor truck pulls in (he could of went the other entrance that wasn't blocked) and starts blaring his horn and his passenger employee comes out starts yelling at the girl to move. He eventually threatens to shoot her if she doesn't move. So next to me is a family and the male driver of the van yells at the Garda employee "You think you're the police?" and the employee says "Yea I am" and the driver of the van says "You can't threaten to shoot her, you going to shoot me too then?!" and the Garda employee says "Yeah, you want to see me bring it?!" and the truck literally blocks everyone, forces his way through, other customers are yelling at the guy for the outrageous threat he made to civilians. Wow, what a power tripping rent a cop with a gun. Anyone run into encounters like this?

i would have called the sheriffs then took pictures of those armored car ppl. that station is still busy?

I would've took the plate down called and the cops also.
Impersonating a cop and threatening to shoot someone when you're not being threatened???

Plus, other drivers can give the same report when police ask for a statement.

I would have taken his plates down and called the Police. I would have also taken a pic of his truck, gotten the phone numbers of witnesses and reported that guy for making a death threat, and impersonating a law enforcement officer.

I hate morons like that, gets me pissed off...

#3 seemed quite tempting...

Boxing in the truck wouldn't of helped, my car's rear was facing the truck and he almost hit my car while I was pumping, and the fact that there was a guy walking in front of the truck to get to the Shell store and the truck didn't seem like it was going to stop for him.

But yea, I honestly don't think complaining to the company would of helped, probably get the standard protocol response. "Here at Garda Logistics we thank you for your concern, but our employees go through our series of background checks....blah blah blah."

Just amazes me how some people get certain jobs that give them some extra freedoms and end up abusing it... then again it's a human trait to abuse power...
