Plus the area where this meet is going to be is always patrolled by police. My friend got pulled over there just the other day.

There is an ongoing threat that the original C&C may be shut down because people can't help themselves. As cool as the event is, there are always people who do burnouts and high speed ricer fly-bys. PAG is not happy about that, so there is always a danger it will be shut down.
