historically, as Phil eluded to (possibly in another post), the bigger meets are typically held during the day/early afternoon. we'll see.

 

We have not yet decided on a time or place.

My previous meets have always been in the 626 area code and early afternoon time but we're trying to "mix it up" this year with new things.
We made other changes too and have a lot of exciting stuff planned so I hope you can come.
We're going "big" this year - our motto for planning this event has been "go hard or go home".

About 3 years ago I posted somewhere that I wanted it and next thing I know, it was magically changed.

How many nor cal folk are expecting to drive down?

It's most likely going to be early afternoon so we can finish early.
There's about 4 or 5 NorCal people coming down and I want to be courteous for their drive back up.

Right now I'm leaning towards the 7th. It mostly depends upon the venue location which I am in the process of locking in. Also, December is very hectic for the general population with holiday shoppers/traffic/activity - the closer it gets to Christmas the crazier it gets.

The date isn't official yet as there are a few locations I'm still considering but some have different dates that work better for them so I can't confirm it until I get location finalized.

Bottom line is I try to take everything into consideration: the poll, college finals, location owner/management schedule, Holiday Meet team schedules.

 

I will probably caravan with Andster to socal for this meet/vacation.

theres a 90% chance i will attend this meet.
