Ummm, not trying to TC, just going to share a positive experience I had with Westminister.
"K3RRY" couldn't get me the GFX kit pricematch to Sewell but agreed to honor the price he set for installation. I need an RX loaner to bring in the GFX front and rear. Service person gladly helps me out and I get the last RX they had. The only disappointment was that they couldn't get the car done before closing so I had to wait till Monday to get my car. Final price I paid was actually LESS than the original quote. Only by like $20 or something, but still. GFX kit looks smooth and install is basically flawless.
Sorry you had a crappy experience OP, but after one or two bad experiences I would just stop trying to deal with them and go somewhere else if it is upsetting you that much.

hey no harm in trying to get a disount on a part, i mean what could they screw up on that? the part is instock, the only thing they could mess up on is not handing the part over or idk
but yes i know rant/rant/rant i just felt like i had to, its my way to vent
but now that thats over, i'll be going to newport lexus

me? i'd rather pay a bit more at another vendor that's worth myself paying for their service. maybe that's my principle
