Not exactly "818" but still...it's somewhat in the valley...How about somewhere over by Universal Citywalk in North Hollywood?

^^^^ NoHo and Universal are still in the 818 area code. The only place I could think of in NoHo was the Academy of Television Arts and sciences (Emmy) building. These example pics are very crappy cus of my camera and skills but you get the idea. The base of the giant Emmy and the building actually lined up with the car very well though. Just a suggestion...
If I come up with anything else, I'll let you know.
