Default Orange County Detailing?

Just got a 09 IS350 black/black and I need to find a good detailer to make my baby shine. I searched past posts but couldn't find anything recent or OC related.

Any recommendations for detailers in the OC area? I'd prefer someone dealing with Zaino/Meguiars products. There is no way I'm taking my car to some generic "detailing" shop that could wreak havoc on my paint heh. Thanks in advance.

Ya I saw that. But having a personal detailer drive 1hr+ to come to me must mean $$$$. I do plan on contacting him for a quote, but I want to see what other options there are first.

Well, just keep in mind that you have to be recommended by others if you are a good detailer. Its either that or you are a sponsor. That way you won't get in trouble.

I learned that out the hard way

Good luck on your guys search. Theres many of us out here in SoCal. Try listing your location and everything so everyone can see where you all are or something

Eyezack is a good detailer, his car blinds people and makes them hate gold/silver cars

Oddly enough I didn't hear Mike Phillips say that this year. I thought my 4 coats of 845 and 1 coat of Rubbishboys OE would make him say something too

So how is your car coming along Allen? Did you get the rest of your equipment yet?

Nope I'm waiting until my house is done so I can make the third garage a detail bay I should be ready in December. It's a good thing too because the apartment I'm currently staying in has a parking spot near the sprinklers and the water spots on my gf's Yaris are killing me

Well Allen, I'm thinking its time for you to get one of these sweet contraptions from Costco

Although, a strong mixture of P21S Auto Wash, Gold Class, CG's Citrus Wash and Clear, and a small dab of Dawn will destroy those spots no problem. I just did my aunts car with that same problem. I almost crashed driving it to my house since the side windows were useless due to the amount of calcium buildup since 2006 (and it was a coupe ) but after it was night and day as usual
