Can anyone recommend a shop that will upgrade my daytime running and Fogs to HID lighting? What are the desired bulb strength that works best for the IS? Thanks.

I would look at our vendors cliffud or xenondepot for your hid bulbs. For leds I am not too sure which venfors have them but i went with v-leds. For choice of HID that will depend on what color you want the bulb to output. I am going with 6000K. For install I am going to Tommy @ Musicbox.

With a DRL system, you have to bypass the low power wattage, as it will kill your bulb lifespan. DRL=Highbeam @ 50% power.
If you lived in a hilly remote area in northern cali, then I might understand installing HID's into your highs.
High beams are meant to flash, in other words, they have to be ready on demand, as where HID takes time to warm up, about 10 seconds.
SO...unless you plan on driving with your Hi-Beams on around remote area's, I would steer kleer of this "mod".
