I wish I was there to see it, hilarious.

BTW, supreme court ruled that completely blocking the roadway is not legal, and the officer must allow you space to pass, but I guess if he tells you to stop and you dont thats fleeing.

IIRC you can swap any motor into any car you like as long as you pass smog and take it to the state referee to get it certified. Yusef should know since he works in the industry.

As far as fighting your ticket, I am almost sure you can. Did you do a google search? Something may come up. You may want to ask the guy who runs http://www.highwayrobbery.net/ He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

FYI, do not lie to a peace officer. That is known as perjury and can be used against you. The best thing to do is remain silent.

just cuz the cop wrote the wrong date doesn't mean anything they will correct it and send it to you corrected version. its still up to you to take care of it . and yes you can get a motor in a car you just need a bar label on it if you do a swap without wanting to go through the hassle of the bar label its has to of been in production here for that car

that kind of little mistake they wouldn't care i had my ticket. i was travling east to west and made left turn to south. on ticket he draw a map saying i was travling west to east and made right turn, on description he wrote left turn in red light. i still had to pay for the ticket first before i even fight it. so i paid and when back on court date they say ticket has been paid and case is closed -_- i was like what the heck????

Sort of a same thing happened to me in August. On the ticket it indicates:

LIDAR: 50 mph
Speed: 55 mph

I was like, hmm... so the officer tagged on another 5 mph?

My court date is 11/25 and I am going to fight this one.
