Default Windshield replacement

Hey, I am looking to replace my windshield within the next few months since its pitted all over and its growing in pits and size and very distracting. I am wondering if anyone knows if AAA in California has a $50 deductible for windshield regardless if the normal deductible is $500, because I want the OEM since people claim that the PPG one doesn't isn't quite the same in shape.

Also has anyone tried using clearplex for the windshield? http://www.clearplex.com/

The lexus dealer was going to charge me $1k+ for the windshield and installation. Forget that, I went with a non-lexus glass for $300....works just fine, even the rain sensor is the same.

I will find out this one place that my sister use to her car. They were really cheap and did a great job.
