Hey my car was keyed very thoroughly and will need basically 3/4 the car repainted, so I might just get a full repaint. Is backyard creations the best reasonable(5-8k) paint shops in LA/OC area? (If not can someone recommend me others) And anyone know how much a completely paint job from them will cost?

Since your car was vandalized, just call your insurance company, that's why you paid insurance, for mishaps like this. They will send an appraiser to the body shop of your choice, they will decide how much it will cost to repair the damage and pay for it, but you will also need to pay your deductible (whatever amount it will be).
