6:30'ish 2-GS white lowered on 2-IS 18" wheels. CL stickers on rear quarter windows. Garden Grove Little Saigon area on Brookhurst. Older male driver with grayish hair.

2-IS SGM lowered on 20's, kitted, tinted on Beach Blvd 7:30'ish through Buena Park. Gave a double tap on the horn as we passed. VIP'ish type kit.

Lower part of the bumper and the center style reminded me of this. Excuse the distorted mag pic.

Spotted last sunday around 12:45am - 1:30am (So I guess Monday morning? haha) on 405S white IS300 with a CF hood and aftermarket wheels. Also spotted a silver ISX50 on stockies slammed. Drove with me for a good hour or so before exiting right before the 5 south on ramp. I was the white IS250 lowered on stockies with is-f rear bumper.
