Wow.. you guys are all connected in Socal!. I don't know who it is then... It's still pretty rare to see an LS with a full WALD kit so I'm sure someone knows the owner.. ha ha.
I also just saw a black IS-F in PV yesterday, sporting the plate "PVE ISF". That's a pretty ballsy plate, as there are plenty of haters who would jump on that. Awhile ago, I remember seeing a MB with the plates "PV Lady". Not very smart IMO.
You're right I failed... I shoulda knew the offset, widths, and the tire brand and sizes from a mile away!

spotted today 5-6 pm 2IS with ings front lip? and hks exhaust tinted tailed parked in front of 85 degree. Also, spotted a black 2IS with chrome rims also tinted tailed at SG superstore.

Cleean Black SCX00 making a right turn onto Redhill (In Costa Mesa), saw em while i made my left turn off of Redhill in my White SC. Black with chrome wheels, tinted windows. Not sure if they are a member on here but it was cleann

Also, spotted mica 2IS lowered with exhaust pulling in longo this morning at 9 and a white 2IS with some volk seem like your car was done being service. I was pulling out with a 09 Corolla rental courtesy of Longo Lexus!
