About 5 minutes ago making a right on Empresa in Rancho Santa Margarita. Millennium Silver Metallic IS300 driven by an Asian or Pacific Islander girl with lighter colored hair. Got a quick glimpse of the car, all I remember was an aftermarket bumper with yellow fogs.
i've seen her/ that car before. its an l-tuned w/ a blitz grill. i used to work in that area and i would always see her car around.

theres a white 1gen IS down my street in diamond bar, its got some kinda kit on and some rims not too sure what kind though, not really familiar with the 1IS
