IF it rains, underground structures are good, and the tea station is a great spot for that.
However, the tea-station parking lot, lacks options.
I am not a big fan of tea, nor am I a big fan of buttered bread at $5 a pop.
Next time (when its not raining), I'll be posted up in Downtown Monrovia, near pavilions, since there are plenty of options. If anyone wants to join me.
Oh ya, there is a club like a couple 100 feet away, to shoot some pool

Kitteh does not enjoy rain so if it's not raining this Friday, I'll be there! (Tea Station-- sorry Paul haha but it's warmer in the parking structure, when the weather warms up a bit, then I'll be more open to standing out in an open parking lot)--

Huge parking lots with a few food options would be nice..
In & Out in Glendora and i think Walnut have nice size lots..
or maybe the new Bob's Big Boy right next to the West Covina Mall..

imo that is one of the few viable spots for relocation, though being outdoors and having a club nearby would make it less than ideal. it's too cold for the time being, and where there are club-goers there is (for the most part)security. it could work, but definitely when the weather starts warming up.
