Hey! yeah the dealer is not really responsible but... I wasn't notified by the salesperson who sold us the car and parts. He included the oem spare tire which I was caring in the trunk for no reason.... and didn't even give me the wrench tools to take of the wheel. (Had to barrow mom's ls460 wrench). Spoke to sales manager and he understood the problem and offfered me the choices for no charge

Glad to hear Lexus of Glendale stepping up on Customer Service.
- But we saw this coming months in advance... Lexus is basically selling the BBK with no spare tire solution...
Similar to the SC430 no spare tire deal, Lexus was at least supplying run flats..
But lots of unhappy drivers with harsh road feel..
I really like the F-Sport / Stoptech BBK upgrade, but you basically have to find your own solution for a spare wheel & tire..
So do you plan on driving around with a 5th F-Sport wheel & tire just sitting in your trunk cargo area??
or
Just call Lexus road side assistance to tow you home (when applicable)?.. in the event of another flat..

(they are even giving me a bag for it hahaha)Don't want to have car towed for a simple flat tire in the future. If I drive around local, maybe I will just leave the 5th at home so I can just call up family member to bring it if I need it
I pray I get the car before Friday meet so I can meet up with you guys

Yeah.. for those who are as low as ^, you guys want to make a right on Colima ( when you're coming up on Azusa ), and then try to get on to the left hand side of the road, where the first signal is. Make a U-turn and go up through the driveway.
Btw, miss IS300, I think I've parked next you your car before at Cal Poly. It's looks great!

Hey Joe Z! Yeah, looks like I will need to carry the 5th around (they are even giving me a bag for it hahaha)
Don't want to have car towed for a simple flat tire in the future. If I drive around local, maybe I will just leave the 5th at home so I can just call up family member to bring it if I need it
