Hi guys, I just picked up a DWP 1998 SC400 w/ tan interior and I would like do a two-tone swap. I would like buy black parts rather than dye my tan parts and I'm wondering if anyone knows any Lexus junkyards locally where I can buy some parts. Otherwise, I will probably buy from R&J but would like to see the parts first and avoid shipping if possible. Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any interior shops they can recommend in Orange County to do the swap. Alternatively, if someone has some experience taking the interior apart, I wouldn't mind paying another member on here to help me with the job on a weekend or something. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

I strongly recomend "California upholstry" in bell gardens, they do some sick interior work that can re-do your hole interior in one day!!! They got some nice materials too, I know it's not in OC but this guys are good, but it's only by appointment only, you should check them out.

Yeah make an apointment drop of the car early in the morning and pick it up later that day, yeah they are reasonable with there prices but the price depends on what you want done and the material, but I'm guessing that it would be around $700 or even less to re-do all the leather, 1-2 colors, buts it's word it they do clean jobs and same day.

You can also check with "aliga" here for black interior parts.
We can help you possibly on the weekends if you need help swapping interior parts. We've stripped quite a few SC's =)
