Question Recommend a dealership for service - orange county area

Hi
Looking for recommendations in the irvine O/C area. I have been taking my car to Newport Lexus, they are courteous but I don't feel confident about their work. It seems like their service is smoke and mirrors and not much substance.
Thanks

If you want to save some money go to Dynamic in Midway City. Sunny is a certified Lexus Tech. He goes great work and is highly recommended here.

DO NOT go to Lexus of Cerritos or Westminster for service! Unless of course, you don't mind getting ripped off.

Try Tustin Lexus and ask for Iman Azimi. Yes I know that Tustin and Newport Lexus are owned by the same owner but it's not so much who's the owner but which service adviser you deal with. Iman has always been awesome with me and is cool with mods. He always hooks me up with a loaner whenever I needed one, even for an oil change.

Iman's #: 714-368-3266.

charlie sarno @ lexus of westminster, if a certified service center is a must.

son @ dynamic auto in midway city (just down the street from lexus of westminster's showroom) also does a great job.

can't say too much about lexus of cerritos, though i've "heard" horror stories about them.

Thanks,
Yes I did! How does a $73 oil change sound to you?

^ that's how much every lexus dealership charges for an oil change: an arm and a leg.

so unless they forgot to fill up your engine w/ motor oil, left the drain bolt loose, or did something that led to a catastrophic system failure in your lexus, i'm not sure you have a legitimate complaint.

but again, i've only "heard" horror stories about them...

newport lexus raped me. $850 for 30k/60k service + "free" recall service. i figured that was standard pricing for a lexus dealership & the price you pay for a luxury car. could i have been raped for less elsewhere?

the usual service department snafus... overcharging, forgetting to perform certain services, lack of customer service, etc... stuff that happens at other dealers, maybe less often than more.

i'd recommend getting to know your local lexus service center's service advisors. imo the better your relationship is with them, the better your service experience will be.
