Valet backed it into a wall!
So, a valet backed my 3 week old IS250 into a wall yesterday. The right rear quarter panel and bumper is heavily damaged. Searching suggested that Platinum VIP and Backyard creations are the top recommended body shops in so. cal. Anyone have any other suggestions? I am in Northern Orange county.
Also, anyone else have any experience with damage in this location? I am a perfectionist and I am very worried about it not looking perfect when its repaired.
Thanks,
D

Sorry to hear about this...
This is exactly why in the 15 years that I have been driving, none of my cars have ever seen a Valet...

Yeah, the valet insurance or our insurance is paying for it. I will check out Longo, but the reviews I have seen on them have been pretty bad.
Phil, do you have any more info on Marcos autobody, nothing came up for me in google search.
The good news is the f-sport sways and the OEM rear spoiler came in yesterday.
Thanks

sorry to hear about that
were you there when they backed in to the wall?
I normally don't valet my car
(usually pay them the valet fee and ask them if I can park myself )
or wait and watch my car until it is SAFELY parked
you'd be amazed..those valet guys love to TEST DRIVE our car

haha, I usually tell the valet guys that my car is slam and park it close to me, and I usually give them a little tip. And so far so good.

I called and talked to javier at Platinum VIP. I got a warm fuzzy when talking with him. Going to check out the shop tomorrow. getting some estimates from a couple local places as well.
