I must say that In-N-Out has to be one of the best hamburger places ever, aside of some mom's and pop's places, In-N-Out is just delicious! I always get a double-double with regular and grilled onions with animals style fries with extra grilled onions, and a soda on the side, not to forget the spread packets

In-N-Out FTW!

I have to say I agree that in-n-out is waay overrated IMO (sorry Manny hahah). to me, it's just one of those places that's good when you have it once in a while. anyone familiar with the south bay area (torrance, redondo beach), there's a place called steve's burgers that's just MONEY. personally, it's better than in-n-out. and there's 3 of em scattered throughout the south bay I think. but of course that doesn't mean a #1 with grilled onions, regular fries, a strawberry milkshake, and a side of spread isn't awesome from time to time hehe.

It's a helluva lot better than WHITE CASTLE sliders I'll tell you that..I visited Chicago for the first time about 2 yrs ago and just went to TOWN at one of them, ate about 6 of them in 5 mins and I never had such a bad case of the ****s.

Wow! If I ever lose my appetite in the future, I'm going to read this thread. I lasted only 15 posts before I got the In N' Out Urge and had to head out.

I just got lunch at In-n-out. Double-Double and some fries.

The first bite was good. But as I ate on, i realized it only tastes decent because it's put together a lot better than most other burger chains. It was neat and organized, but that's about it. I tried tasting each individual ingredients and they were no better/worse than the next burger chain.

Fries aren't as crisp, but for the price, you sure get a lot more than McD, BK, etc. That's about the only thing I would buy again at in-n-out.

Sorry guys, I'm trying really hard to love it (I actually like it), but it's just not all that

in-n-out is sooo damn good.

and if you like tommy's, i suggest you try Colima Burger (only available to locals, not franchise, sorry) on Colima and Fairway in Rowland Heights. they have THE best chili cheese friens in town. Pastrami sandwich AND chili cheese fries are 10x better than the Hat. their steak sandwich with grilled onions is just delicious. their omlettes are OMG good. HAHAHAHA

I just wanted to know what a flying dutchman was....
over the years im still trying to figure out their unseen menu..

and i bet depending on when you went you probably waited for a long time. the only reason i go every now and then is that its down the street from my house and their service is pretty good. but then again i have to have a lot of time on my hands cuz they are slowwwwwww even around 4pm.

I didn't have to wait that long actually. I got there right when they opened. I went to the one in Irvine where you can dine-in. The one near my house in Westminster, it's always packed so I dont even bother going there.

You're right though. Their service is good. Much better than other places. The lady who took my order today made sure I got everything I wanted plus a cup for water, even though I never asked. I'd go to in-n-out again if I'm desperate for food, but I wouldn't make it a habit.

Thinking about it..I may go back to get some more soggy fries

I support in-n-out all the way.
I have only work there for a year and have gotten 3 raises.
Get paid way over minimum wages for a fast food place.
Been paid to go to disneyland, water parks, ect.
Plus i am gaining hours even in these crazy times.
Not only that but then,
we only serve the best part of a cow,
freshly get out buns,
hand shave all potatoes...not fun at all :-(
hand leaf our lettuce
and much more.
Then we make sure that we keep our place organized and clean.
We also love to keep our customers happy.
After all they are the once who pay my paycheck.

You name it we will make it for you.

Its the worlds best burger. If not, then its the worlds best burger for the money.

As for working there, everyone there hustles hard and seems to enjoy working there
