Irvine is beautiful. Good suggestion. I been driving by duplex complexes but I am sure there is individual houses.
One more thing I forgot. I got 93MPH max speed on my GPS on route 5. I drive 60 average and still passed by someone. I was just keeping up with the traffic and was driving 90mph.

how about claremont?? a nice little retirement town, and was voted one of the best city to live in in the whole country. i used to live there until 2 yrs ago, hehe
