Irvine is beautiful. Good suggestion. I been driving by duplex complexes but I am sure there is individual houses.

One more thing I forgot. I got 93MPH max speed on my GPS on route 5. I drive 60 average and still passed by someone. I was just keeping up with the traffic and was driving 90mph.

Route 5, lmao. Its called the 5. If your driving 60 your gonna hold up traffic. If your going 75 you'll still be okay with the cops, its only once you get to around 80 when you might get pulled over. And yes irvine is gonna be the nicest place to move too.
